"I'm Samantha, a qualified teacher and yoga instructor dedicated to helping children and young adults thrive. As a mother of four, I've witnessed firsthand the positive impact of yoga on physical and mental well-being. I'm a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher with specialised training in Teen Yoga, Special Yoga, education and psychology. Through my classes, I aim to cultivate:

Our classes are designed to be fun, inclusive, and free from any religious affiliation, focusing solely on the benefits of stretching, strengthening, and finding inner peace.
BAM's mission is starting in 2025 with the introduction of two classes aimed at children aged 8-12 and teenagers.
We are committed to continuous growth and expansion, striving to create a thriving yoga community that supports the well-being of families and individuals of all ages and abilities. We will actively seek opportunities to develop new programs and partnerships to ensure that yoga remains accessible and inclusive for all."

We currently only run 2 evening classes for children aged 8-17.
